Here's a peek at the street level struggle to make a buck on a transit line that only exists by way of public largesse that was never open to a citywide vote . . . 

"While the streetcar’s 6.5-mile line moves passengers between the Riverfront and UMKC, transportation leaders added that EZ Pedicabs will operate throughout the corridor and into neighborhoods east, west and south of the main tracks."
