Johnson County DA Clears Officer After Shooting At Target

More deets on the latest sign of rougher, local suburban life . . . 

According to a review by Johnson County District Attorney Steve Howe, Parker began shooting at the officer 20 seconds into a foot pursuit.

The officer then returned fire.

The exchange of gunfire lasted about 12 seconds, resulting in Parker being hit.

The officer was not injured during the exchange.
