"On Sept. 18, Danette Colbert and Rickey White were found guilty of racketeering. Colbert was also found guilty of negligent homicide, while White was found not guilty of manslaughter, according to court records.
"As a result of the verdict, Colbert will now face 60 years of hard labor in prison and White will serve 45 years."

Woman, man sentenced in death of Kansas City sports reporter
Sentencing has been handed down for two convicted in the death of Kansas City sports reporter Adan Manzano, who was in New Orleans covering the 2025 Super Bowl.
