"After an investigation by Overland Park police, the Johnson County District Attorney’s office charged Ramirez on Sept. 25 and issued a warrant for his arrest.
"A criminal complaint posted online alleges Ramirez did "unlawfully, feloniously and knowingly engage in sexual intercourse with a person … who did not consent to sexual intercourse under circumstances when (victim) was unconscious or physically powerless."
"Ramirez surrendered and was booked into the Johnson County jail last week, where he initially remained on a $500,000 bond."
