Defendant Pleads Guilty After Cybertruck Attack At Kansas City Tesla Dealership

Political violence ALWAYS seems misguided and futile in retrospect. 

In the end it was really public sentiment, mockery and HORRIBLE DESIGN that doomed this silly bit of auto history that's more embarrassing than the Ford Pinto. 

Meanwhile the legal consequences are very real . . .  

"Plead guilty to one count of malicious destruction of property related to arson and one count of unlawful possession of an unregistered destructive device, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced. He was charged in September 2025.

"On the night of Feb. 13, 2025, officers with the Kansas City Police Department responded to the area of the Kansas City Tesla dealership on reports of the sound of gunshots. Firefighters were also called to the area due to a reported fire.

"When they arrived, they discovered a Tesla Cybertruck had sustained fire damage and been shot approximately nine times . . ."
