Celebrate Performative Vote Against New KC Royals Stadium?!?

Just for the cheap seats . . . 

KANSAS CITY VOTERS WERE DUPED BY SOCIAL MEDIA INTO PLAYING ALONG WITH CONTROLLED OPPOSITION AGAINST THE NEW STADIUM THAT WAS REALLY JUST LABOR BEEF!!!  

Basically . . .

The advocacy is performative and doesn't really impact stadium building in KCMO at all. 

What voters should understand . . .

Politicos can move around money and/or give it to public/private entities like PortKC so that "new rules" passed by voters are essentially meaningless.

AND . . . 

The "movement" to Save The K distracts from real objections to so much taxpayer subsidy. 

Again . . . Basically, so many local protest groups are playing with public sentiment and then leading voters to a sketchy path without any real world impact in order to assure stadium construction. 

Here's confirmation of our contention as it applies to an upcoming vote . . .  

"The measure is not expected to impact the Kansas City Royals’ proposed Crown Center stadium project or the KC Current’s approved expansion plans, regardless of what voters decide."
