Lawsuits accuse CEO Jeron Ravin of reckless spending and retaliation against employees who raised concerns . . .
Ravin’s total pay has increased by nearly $400,000 since he started at Swope. He received about $254,000 in 2020. By 2024, the most recent year for which that information is available, that number had climbed to about $643,000. According to one lawsuit, Ravin charged more than $17,000 at the Capital Grille on the Country Club Plaza to a Swope credit card in 2024 alone.
