And a reminder of the reality at the street level where MANY AMERICANS AND THE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF CONSERVATIVES want immigration enforcement based upon racial/ethnic profiling even if that's tough to justify given that even the current Border Czar denies racial profiling. 

Nevertheless, the reality is always a different story than press releases/statements . . . 

And, in this context, it's important to consider mostly unspoken American history like "Operation Wetback" which was actually a far more effective and broader reaching mass deportation effort that also didn't work judging by population numbers alone.
