Rough Primary Night For MAGA In Midwest?!?

First, let's start with the obvious wins . . .

Prez Trump endorsed Kansas State Senator Ty Masterson & Missouri State Senator Rick Brattin and they both moved forward in crowded fields.

Clearly the Prez continues to dominate the GOP.

However . . .

Republicans pushed for control of the Kansas State Supreme Court . . .

Along with ambitious GOP efforts against petition power and state income taxes . . .

Both election moves FLOPPED DRAMATICALLY . . .

And what was the most telling for us in KCMO is that council dude Willett ran his campaign as a MAGA loyalty pledge but still couldn't gain traction.

From our perspective . . .

Tonight Kansas City earned a glimpse at political life after the MAGA era and maybe witnesses Dems mounting a real challenge for the midterms by moving beyond the socialism distraction.

As always . . .

We're more interested in how readers might view the implication of primary returns.

We hope to have a bit more TKC for the morning . . .

Developing . . .
