The Orlando Dreamers are a private group that is trying to get a new stadium built.
The proposed plan features a 45,000-seat capacity with a glass roof and high-tech amenities.
It will also have the ability to host other events like concerts and conventions.
“The vision for the stadium is to provide a unique experience for all types of fans, an experience unlike any other in Major League Baseball,” the team website says.
