"Cattle ranchers in Kansas and Missouri are coming together to speak out against President Donald Trump's proposed plan to lower the prices of beef at the grocery store.

"In a social media post last week, Trump announced that the United States would allow 300,000 metric tons of ground beef to be imported without out-of-quota tariffs. Trump added the beef will be sold at 25% below current market prices.
