"A Johnson County, Missouri, judge on Monday sentenced Mission Hills attorney Peter E. Goss to five years in prison for his role in a fatal wrong-way drunken-driving crash, according to court records.
"Judge Stacey Lett, however, denied a request to recommend Goss for a Missouri Department of Corrections 120-day program, which could have allowed him to serve the rest of his sentence on probation."
