Mayor Q Warns Against 'Unsustainable' Scheme To Keep Funding Kansas City Transit

TKC reminds readers that the bus system would have a lot more cash if they didn't play piggy bank to so many local developers.

For now, here's the word . . .   

"Kansas City continues to support and invest in our regional transit system, adding $8M yesterday to ensure all of our routes keep moving and there are no changes to current programming. We look forward to working with KCATA partners in Kansas and all of the surrounds on how further investment can support stable funding forever beyond just KCMO taxpayers."
