"A woman who allegedly threatened people on local trails and slashed tires in the Waldo neighborhood has been arrested in south Kansas City.

"The Kansas City Missouri Police Department say SHE was arrested in south Kansas City on Wednesday morning, a day after she failed to appear in Jackson County court.

"She has been charged with first-degree burglary and first-degree property damage for incidents that prosecutors say happened in February 2024."
