"The Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas announced additional restrictions on former Bishop Miege High School president Phil Baniewicz after an investigation into 16 allegations of misconduct involving minors and vulnerable adults.
"Archbishop Shawn McKnight determined Baniewicz is not suitable for employment, appointment, volunteer service or ministry involving minors or other vulnerable people within the archdiocese."
