We thought this one would be closer and the statewide defeat for Republicans signals CRITICAL PUSHBACK against the red state majority that we can't just blame on JoCo wine moms.

Kansans took to the polls to vote on a constitutional amendment that would change how the state’s Supreme Court is filled.

And the majority ruled: No

According to the Associated Press, as of 9 p.m., the vote was 245,739 to 142,102.
