Instead . . . We kinda sense the cold shoulder from "Kansas Holscher Dems" toward the outgoing Guv going forward . . . Which might be the best for their chances.
And yes . . . Apropos for #TBT, that is an imagined image of Guv. Kelly with the spice girls during their glory days . . .
