Here's the latest update and a bit more background regarding this cowtown's least favorite viper pit . . .
"Calvin Williford, has a lengthy history in Jackson County government, including a federal conviction stemming from his time as the top aide to former County Executive Mike Sanders.
"Williford returned to county government as a legislative analyst in January 2023, according to his LinkedIn page, years after serving six months in federal prison. He was placed on administrative leave last month after Abarca accused him of offering $10,000 in campaign contributions in exchange for Abarca’s support of a housing program."
