Kansas City Political Power Player Hangout Cafe Trio Transitions

Posting a bit late on this topic if only because locals might not know why the news about the place is important . . . 

What was an elite LGBT haunt quickly turned into a political hangout for our most progressive leaders . . . Now the new boss makes a few changes that aren't as important as keeping the upscale clientele.

Check-it: 

"After several months as the new owner of Cafe Trio, local W.VinZant Restaurants is ready to roll out some changes.

"Soon the spot at 4558 Main St. will be known as Louie’s Reserve. 

"It will be “the next generation” of the company’s Louie’s Wine Dive, which was founded in early 2012 in Iowa, before expanding to the metro later that year.

"In a press release, the company said Louie’s Reserve will focus on a more “diverse and sophisticated experience” than the Louie’s Wine Dive operations."
