Sadly, a new doggie shelter and so many resources dedicated to helping puppers have not made locals any more responsible with their often dangerous pets.
Accordingly, here's one more summertime altercation and consequence . . . Check-it:
"The family is seeking an unspecified amount in damages from four Missouri LLCs that own and operate a Steak ‘n Shake franchise at 9500 NE Barry Road, near the Liberty Triangle. The lawsuit alleges the defendants knew about the dangerous dog and should have removed her from the property."
