Kansas City Midtown Costco Compromise ALMOST Explained

Again . . . We suspect the punchline here is probably another round of tax subsidy after local elections that will compliment the 50 MILLION BUCKS that helped build the place not-so-long-ago . . .

In the meantime . . . Check the truce  . . .
