When I ran eight years ago, we promised to double street resurfacing and roadway and sidewalk investments in the City Public Works budget each year and we have! In most years, we’ve tripled (or more) the lane miles on roads resurfaced since then. In addition, we’re fixing bridges, improving flood control, and taking care of basics each day. But, we always strive to do best in a City with a lot of roads!
