A few fun facts . . .
David Hodo, the original construction worker from the Village People, is still alive. He is 79 years old (born July 7, 1947). He wore the iconic hard hat and tool belt as the group's construction worker from 1978 to 1982 and again from 1987 to 2013.
And he certainly might have more insight than recent FB postings.
