"KC Water responded at about 7 p.m. Friday to find water spreading along the area of East 18th Street and Grand Boulevard and into the nearby Church of Scientology building — located at 1805 Grand Blvd . . . The water main break caused a decent amount of damage to the area, leaving the roadway buckled, the basement of the Scientology building flooded, and the streets closed."
