A sign of the times . . . People need housing and possibly some kind of local connection far more than corporate office space given that AI is doing all the work and most of the cushy gigs are going the way of the dodo.

"GSR, a joint venture between Geosam Capital and Group RMC, has submitted a formal application for The Woods at Corporate Woods, to transform the Overland Park business district.

"The plan includes new residential opportunities, dining and retail, civic gathering spaces, and an expanded multimodal trail network."
