Again, we warn that rising voter participation ACTUALLY isn't a great sign for the economy or the status quo . . . Nevertheless . .  . This week provided a teachable moment for local election officials ahead of a contentious midterm election that will likely garner even more participants . .  . 

"Voters in the Kansas City area cast their ballots ahead of and hit the polls on Tuesday in numbers — at least on the Missouri side of the state line — not seen in recent years. That’s despite a slew of errors from local election boards that complicated the process for some voters."
