AND WE'RE BACK: Thanks For Checking In!!!

Yesterday was the second longest outage in TKC history and what we learned, for better and worse, is that DOING NOTHING is often the best solution even if that kind of stoner ethos probably has my working-class Mexican-American grandparents spinning in their graves.  

We always joke that this blog is celebrating its 75th anniversary but, in fact, we've been banging away at this thing for more than 20 years and in that time Blogger has proven exceptionally reliable and has offered us the freedom to purse our journalistic and snarky endeavors with overall incredible consistency. 

In the end . . . 

We're once again grateful to Blogger for maintaining a reliable system and offering community support to keep us in the loop . . . In the grand scheme of things, Blogger remains a tech marvel that has fundamentally changed publishing and we still choose simplicity, ease of use and dependability over more complicated tools. 

As for our tiny corner of the Internets . . .

Thankfully, it wasn't really a "Perez Hilton" situation and, in fact, we had a chance to catch up on laundry, adult star Riley Reid's latest "adventures" and grocery shopping during the brief outage. 

Now, we've got a lot of catching up to do and we'll try out best to get back to normal on this blog before the crack of noon.
