"Families in Kansas City's Waldo neighborhood are facing hundreds of dollars in repair costs after dozens of vehicle tires were slashed overnight.  Neighbors near 77th Terrace and Brookside Road said the vandalism happened while police were tied up responding to a shooting elsewhere in the city. Ring camera video captured the suspect walking through the neighborhood and slashing tire after tire."
