Kansas City police are asking for the public’s help after a woman threatened multiple people on the Trolley Trail near 83rd and Brookside last weekend. The incident is part of a broader investigation into a woman neighbors claim has been causing problems in the area since 2024.

A neighbor said the behavior has been ongoing for more than a year.

“She’ll confront people on the trolley trail. She’s yelling at people, whatnot,” he said. “It’s a repeated pattern. It hasn’t changed. It seems like it’s escalating.”
