What most local voters don't know is that Missouri leaders are talking about what a hot mess Jackson County Jail has become and what they're going to do about . . . OBVIOUSLY dead inmates don't inspire confidence.
Here's the postscript . . .
"The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office reports at 11 p.m. Thursday, July 16, inmates at the Jackson County jail, located off U.S. Highway 40, notified corrections officers an inmate needed help.
"Corrections officers immediately responded to find an inmate in his cell having what appeared to be a medical emergency, according to the sheriff’s office. "
