"A copper wire theft at Mill Creek Park has forced changes to youth baseball schedules, knocking out lighting and concessions, according to city leaders. The damage is estimated at $5,000.

"City staff are expected to replace wiring and panels at Mill Creek Park this week. Officials said the lights there should be restored by the end of the week."
