Pickleball Goes To Die In Grandview

Apologies but this is an axiom that's already starting to play out . . .

ANY LOCAL FAD IS LIKELY DEAD WHEN THEY FINALLY GET IT IN GRANDVIEW!!!

Before sensitive readers send a nasty comment . . . 

That's not a knock against our neighbors, sometimes it's nice to live in a place that's insulated from all the craziness of the world. 

For instance, by the time the polyamory trend hit the Midwest, it was too late to talk it over with any of our lady friend acquaintances who might have been agreeable to a sketchy arrangement if conservative talker resistance hadn't already taken hold.  

But I digress . . .

Here's suburban exceptions for a building that'll probably be vacant in less than half a decade . . .
