KC Superman Asks For Help

Tonight we consider a Kansas City free speech debate that has implications for all of our public spaces. 

KC Superman has run afoul of Westport security many times and now faces a court fight for his street level ministry.

Here's what the local icon has to say about his predicament . . .  

"While violent crime, drugs, and corruption continue to destroy lives, our taxes are being used to arrest a street evangelist for preaching and singing the gospel in public. This is not just about KC Superman – this is about ALL of us.If he can be arrested for exercising his First Amendment rights, then anybody can be arrested and harassed for speaking their truth, praying in public, or sharing their faith. This is a threat to our freedom. This is a threat to our community."
