"A new Kansas law requires the state to inform families of newborns about government savings accounts. The law promotes Trump Accounts, ABLE savings accounts for people with disabilities, and Quest529 education plans. The goal is to improve financial literacy and encourage early saving and investment for all Kansans. An exchange of money-themed Rubik's Cubes symbolized the goal of making financial planning accessible to everyone."
