But the real lesson is that the World Cup was MOSTLY A HUGE SCAM wherein small biz was just another prop that was part of a bigger effort to route political patronage to more important people higher on the food chain.

That's our opinion that's will be proven out by most local receipts . . . Of course we'll share a more optimistic view . . .
