"Wyandotte County Animal Services said one of the victims called the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department Emergency Dispatch to report an attack involving three dogs Saturday evening. At approximately 12:30 a.m., Sunday July 12, the family again contacted dispatch to file a report regarding the attack the previous evening. "
