Kansas City Public Radio Desperately Seeking Best Cowtown French Fries

Our public radio "colleagues" reveal that they're out of touch again . . .

For most broke-ass locals: Given the economy and advancement in technology . . . The best french fires are now cooked at home via air fryer. KCUR is showing their age and remembering the 90s or pre-pandemic era when soggy fries or some rare good fines were worth it.   

Now, not so much.

Given inflation, greedy corporate pricing and slow-ass tech delivery service . . . French fries at home are the new hotness. 

Of course, we'll offer the argument to contrary made by somebody who mistakenly thinks there's a job waiting for her after college . . . Check-it . . . 

"French fries are a quintessentially American food – and you can find them at almost any restaurant in Kansas City.

"But there’s just so many ways you can take your fries: shoestring-thin or steak cut? Curly or crinkled? Seasoned or just salted? On the side of a burger… or as a main course with a salad and glass of wine."
