Last week . . . Mayor Q suffered yet another legal smackdown on his plan to ban tiny booze bottles on the Eastside. 

However . . .

Mayor Q remains undeterred . . .

Here's the word . . . 

"Most interesting from the decision from the court was the indication that the ban would be stronger if citywide and applicable to all businesses selling the liquor products, including shooters, and single-serve malt liquor.
  
"We will explore expanded applicability of a ban to ensure all Kansas City neighborhoods have the same opportunity to address blight, to be safe, and to avoid the challenges that too many, particularly on our Eastside, confront on a daily basis."
