Kansas City Mayor Q Blames Teen Gun Laws For MLK Mass Shooting

A recent mass shooting has sparked outcry throughout Kansas City's urban core . . .

The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. near 71 Highway, just north of MLK Boulevard. Two teenagers, a man and a woman were shot. All four are expected to survive. 

Amid a great deal of concern . . . Mayor Q's recent interview comments have resonated and offer a glimpse at his plans moving forward . . . Check-it: 

"I was asked this morning on KPRS about an incident at MLK Park this weekend involving over 50 teens, several seriously injured. While we pray for a full recovery of all, we’re reminded that we can take steps to keep our kids safe."
