"Three former students of a Kansas City faith-based boarding school are suing the facility for negligence and emotional distress for alleged mistreatment, including constant surveillance and strip searches. The women filed separate lawsuits this month in Jackson County Circuit Court against Teen Challenge, doing business as Kansas City Girls Academy (KCGA). Each suit — filed against the school and staff members . . ."
