"The facility, headquarters and a mixed-use development, which includes a $100 million entertainment district, will be located on 155 acres near the intersection of College Boulevard and Ridgeview Road.
"It is set to open before the 2031 football season.
"The Chiefs said there will be more announcements in the coming weeks regarding the design and construction of the facility and headquarters."
