Kansas City 18th & Vine Streetcar Route Would Cost At Least 125 MILLION BUCKS

Again, it's unlikely but still a better plan than the Mayor's proposed route to the airport or TKC's suggestion for an East side toy train TV history tie-in . . . 

Yes, it could ruin the whole route BUT it's also necessary to avoid any political/legal clap back about the sketchy toy train free rides when everybody else has to pay.

Streetcar leaders told residents at a public meeting Tuesday that a proposed streetcar route along 18th Street, connecting The Paseo west to Main Street and the existing line, would cost $125-175 million to build.
