"A vocally demonstrative crowd of about 180 people filled the Central Resource Library Carmack Community Room, sometimes breaking in with scoffing, loud applause or booing when the discussion wandered into topics like budget cutting or fair elections.

"At one point a woman shouted “liar” at Kelly’s assertion that a recount of the Prairie Village vote to keep its form of city government was proof elections were conducted fairly."
