Here's more proof that this isn't just idle chatter . . . Check-it:
"Around 6:15 a.m., jail staff found an inmate unconscious in his cell. After life-saving measures from the nursing staff, the inmate was pronounced dead.
"The cause of death is currently unclear. The next of kin notification is still pending. This is the second inmate death at the new detention center in the past week."
