"On Wednesday morning, ESPN Senior NFL Insider Adam Schefter released the first renderings of the stadium, which is set to open in 2031 across the state line.

"The renderings show that the Chiefs have decided to partner with MANICA — one of two local architecture firms that were in the running to design the stadium. HNTB will also be working on the project."
