"Liberty police responded to the Clay County Election Board after commission candidate Jennifer Justus got into an argument, an incident election officials confirmed had nothing to do with voting processes. The altercation began when Justus took photos of local teens whose behavior she found suspicious, prompting an onlooker to confront her about the photographs and make a comment that the candidate felt was threatening."
