"South Bow has agreed to pay a civil penalty of nearly $26.9 million and complete work designed to prevent future spills at an estimated cost of $40 million. It has also agreed to contribute over $3 million to the State of Kansas for natural resource restoration projects to resolve violations of state laws, according to the DOJ."
