Activist Chastain Seyz Mayor Q Hijacked His Transit Petition

As always, for #TBT, we shares a quandary and update from a friend of the blog and this town's most prolific petitioner . . .  

Clay Chastain Plans "Historic Lawsuit" Against Mayor Lucas Over "Hijacked" KC Petitions

"Oh where oh where has my little (Petition) gone, oh where oh where can (it) be", I've inquired @ City Hall (been told Nothing @ All), Oh where oh where can it be? Mayor Lucas knows, he's the one who hijacked 2-Certified Petitions from the Nov. Ballot. Lucas told the (coddling) KC Star he dislikes... "government by petition". Lucas prefers government by fiat. Freedom is on the way though, as Chastain prepares to file a Historic Lawsuit in Jackson County Circuit Court to Save a Vote on Two Valid Petitions & Topple from Power Anti-Petition Lucas.

Chastain's Green Transportation / Airport Monorail Initiative seeks not only to improve the People's welfare & prosper the City, but to also Topple the Cabal @ City Hall that has been sending Petitions to its Gulag for a "generation". KC's current Mayor confiscated 2-Certified Petitions (slated for Nov. Ballot) & sent them to his own Private Prison (he Chairs!)... "Special Committee for Legal Review"... and there they sit in solitary confinement. So why were the Petitions sent to the Mayor's own "Special" Committee that refuses to meet? 
Chastain intends to do a special operation to get the Monorail & Stadium Petitions out of enemy territory & back to their rightful owner, the People of Kansas City, so they can vote on them in November.

KC's Democratic Petition process has been rendered meaningless from constant subterfuging by KC Mayors, Insiders & the City's Legal Department. These 2-KC Petitions make perfect sense though as they not only hold KC's (nontransparent) gov't. accountable, they also ensure sovereignty remains with the People - not their rulers, like "Anti-Petition Lucas".
