"Matthew Levine is running for Congress in Missouri’s sixth district, which includes parts of the Northland. In 2011, Levine was arrested for allegedly sending sexual messages to a minor former student. The case was dismissed, and his records were expunged, but some details about what occurred can be gleaned from a lawsuit Levine filed against his former hometown, its police department and its school district."
