"The Kansas City Police Department believes 22-year-old Oscar Sanchez-Munoz shot at several eastbound vehicles between 6 and 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
"Violence stretched from Interstate 670 near Wyoming Street to Interstate 70 near The Paseo and Prospect Avenue, then ended near Truman Road and Hardesty Avenue. One person was killed and four others were injured during the incident.
"Detectives do not currently know a motive behind the shootings. Local, state, and federal agencies have joined the search. "
